Activities: Students to create a flyer for their amusement park for a certain night. Must fill an entire sheet in Word.
Tuesday-
Topics: Amusement park project
Activities: Students to design a T-shirt for their park. Should contain the following: name of park, slogan, appropriate picture, any other relevant info you might want to include.
Wednesday-
Topics: Amusement park project
Activities: In Excel, create a chart using any information relevant to your park information, rides, etc. As a group you should be able to come up with something. Be sure to: 1. Chart must be a vertical bar chart 2. Must contain a title, x-axis title, and y-axis title 3. contain a legend 4. bars must be black and white represented by PATTERNS, not colors (as we don’t have a color printer). Put group members name in header. Print chart.
Thursday-Friday
Topics: Amusement park project
Activities: Wrap up any unfinished part of project. Completed project will count as a daily grade AND a test grade so make sure that you include everything listed on criteria sheet. Begin to prepare to present your project as a group to class. You may want to add your flyer, T-shirt design and chart to your PowerPoint or print off to give to other class members. Present project to class on Monday!
